DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE THE MORNINGTON PENINSULA?

Absolutely. I shoot all around Melbourne and have travelled to Gippsland, to the high country of Victoria and interstate. Locations outside the Mornington/Mount Martha area may incur a travel fee depending on the location. I love to travel and always welcome new and exciting locations!

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes. I do offer payment plans on request. If you wish to discuss this further please get in touch.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE INFORMATION I GIVE YOU IN MY FORMS?

The information you provide me is for the sole purpose of giving you the best experience possible. Your personal information will NEVER be shared with any third parties.

CAN I SHARE MY IMAGES ONLINE?

Absolutely! If you have received a “sneak peek” watermarked image, Facebook or Instagram post - please feel free to share with the world! The only thing I ask is you do not crop out the watermarked logo and give credit where possible! Once you have received your high resolution images, you are welcome to share them all online, watermark free!

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS TERRIBLE?

Let’s be honest, if it’s torrential rain or blowing at gale force speed - none of us are going to want to be out in that! Rescheduling a shoot due to weather will be based on the location, how severe the weather is and the age and health of the people involved in the session.

WHAT IF I AM SICK?

In the event that anyone in the session is sick, I do offer to reschedule your shoot. These things cannot be helped and certainly won’t make for a beautiful session! Maximum notice is greatly appreciated, however I am aware this is not always possible.

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR FOR OUR SESSION?

Wear something you feel fabulous and comfortable in, that the kids feel comfortable in. This helps everyone feel confident and relaxed during the session which will definitely show through in your images.

Try to avoid loud prints & patterns that will distract from the subject in the image. For young children (and adults) it is best to avoid characters printed on clothes as our eye tends to be drawn to the print rather than the person in the photograph.

For group/family sessions - you don’t all need to match! I tend to steer people away from the old “matching white t-shirt and jeans” scenario - if you don’t all go out daily in matching attire, why do it for your session?

Wear complimenting tones - think creams, greys, denims, dusty pinks & mustards, whites and beige.

CAN I UPGRADE MY COLLECTION IF I WANT MORE PHOTOS?

ABSOLUTELY! You can upgrade your package in your gallery at any stage.

CAN I SCREENSHOT AND SHARE MY GALLERY IMAGES?

No. Upon gaining access to the completed gallery, images must not be “screen-grabbed” or “screen-shot”, taken for personal use or shared on any social media platform. I really love that people like the images enough to want to share them with friends and family but I ask you to wait until you receive the high resolution files via digital download. Screen shots shared online do not accurately show the quality of the images.

DO YOU “PHOTOSHOP” OR “RETOUCH”?

Sometimes. Small scratches, mild milk rashes, nasal mucus, bruises and other non-permanent blemishes may be removed during the editing process, unless they are specifically requested left in. This does depend on the amount of work required, and is not guaranteed to be performed. Freckles, birthmarks, and other permanent conditions will be left unless specially requested otherwise. Any major photoshopping will incur a fee.

DO YOU OFFER EACH IMAGE IN BLACK & WHITE AND COLOUR?

No. When I am editing, I will decide what images work best in colour and which in black & white. That being said, if you love a colour image in your gallery but really want it in black & white - you just need to ask.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY NEWBORN SESSION?

Newborn sessions are generally booked in around 7-10 days after your baby's due date.

It's always best to book in at least 6 weeks prior to your due date to ensure you don't miss out on a date!

Unless you are having an elective c-sect and know your exact delivery date, there is every possibility we may need to shift your session date if baby either comes early or late!
